DAY 8: Left East Stroudsburg, PA after a great weekend and gig and headed for Vermont.
Arrived at The Wilson House in East Dorsett, VT, the birthplace of AA founder, Bill Wilson. It is a very spiritual and relaxing place which made for a great opportunity to circle the wagons and spend the night.
DAY 9: Headed out early the next morning to find coffee and to view Bill Wilson’s grave. It is a very tranquil and serene place for the man that saved millions of lives.
I then left E. Dorset and headed north to Johnsbury, VT, home of AA co-founder, Dr. Bob Smith. This establishment is now a recovery treatment center doing amazing things. I reflected there for a little while and then resumed driving toward Maine.
I arrived in Bar Harbor, ME at exactly 7pm, with plenty of daylight and time left to grab the coveted lobster roll.
DAY 10 & 11: 2 well needed days off in Bar Harbor.
Day 12: Performed the show at Narrows Too RV Resort on Friday, July 3.
Day 13: Celebrated July 4 at Patten Pond RV Resort in Ellsworth, ME.
Day 14: Saturday, July 5 had me doing my set at Mt. Desert Narrows RV Resort.
